Payments & Ordering Information

Buying Process

The easiest way to order your traditional tap ware is to request a quote online so that our sales staff can provide you with an accurate delivered cost. Once you have your final quote payment is to be made via the following methods before your  product is shipped to your desired location.


Phone Orders

You can place a phone order by calling +61 7 3266 5222, we accept Visa and Master Card payments. Upon receipt of your payment an invoice is issued stating your purchase product , invoice address and delivery address.

 

Direct Deposit Payment

Upon receipt of your invoice/delivery details and the product you wish to order via e-mail or phone, a Pro-Forma invoice will be raised and e-mailed to you along with traditionaltaps.co.nz banking details so that you may finalize your direct deposit. Please state your invoice number on any transfers so that reconciliation of your payment can be made with ease.


Shipping Methods

Traditionaltaps.co.nz has partnered with COPE® Sensitive Freight to ensure your tapware arrives safely in even the most remote locations. Delivery is to your front door only (Ground floor residences) Shipping is calculated relative to your location from our dispatch warehouses, and we offer a free service to all major cities within Australia.

If you live in a rural New Zealand or outside zone 1 please use our shipping map below to find out what the additional freight charge would be. Freight costs are largely built into the cost of products, resulting in traditionaltaps.co.nz being able to offer delivery nationally to areas outside of zone 1 safely and comparatively inexpensively.

Great care is taken in the packaging process , details of how the sinks are packaged and what to do upon receipt of your sink are listed on this site and we recommend reading this section to ensure your delivery is seamless.
